At RedalfStore, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help with returns for either a refund or an exchange.
Canceling an Order After Payment
- If you’ve paid for an order and wish to cancel, reach out to us without delay.
- Once the package has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
Quality Issues
If you receive a product with significant defects, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the package, provided it’s in the same condition as when it was sent. Although we conduct thorough pre – dispatch inspections, it’s the buyer’s duty to check the product upon arrival. Note that items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refunds.
Misinstallation
If the product you receive doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong color or style), we’ll replace it for you.
Non – Returnable Items
Items are non – returnable in the following cases:
- The product has been used, damaged, stained, worn, contaminated, or has odors that affect resaleability.
- The screen extender is missing original components due to customer actions.
- The item was delivered more than 30 days ago.
- Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; special offers cannot be refunded.
Return Process
- Initiate your return or exchange by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. In your email, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of all sides of the product
- A photo showing all full accessories
- A photo of the original packaging
- The reason for the return
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused and in the original condition upon return.
- Return items in their original packaging.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the return.
Refund
Once we receive and review your returned item, we’ll send an email to confirm receipt. We’ll then inform you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, typically within a week.
Delayed or Lost Refunds
- First, check your bank account again if you haven’t received your refund.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as refunds usually require some processing time.

Shipping
Do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer. You’re responsible for the return shipping costs, and there’s no additional handling fee for returns. The time for your exchange to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
